We had an excellent experience with Joe at Elite. He was super professional and knowledgeable about the service. We really appreciated how he kept us informed about the process and what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was incredibly thorough and meticulous making sure that every inch of our ducts were cleaned out and spotless. Based on what we saw before and then after, we were blown away. Once he was done he was sure to make sure everything was as it was and cleaned up. Very happy with the results, I would definitely recommend elite to anyone looking for air duct cleaning.
